How to eat healthy in three simple phrases
1. Corn syrup, 2. Enriched Flour, and 3. Flavorings of any kind. Now commit these to memory and NEVER EAT THEM! I've found that reading food labels is kind of like a game, "Oh What's in Here?"
Can't wait to eat tomorrow.
